I am not agency represented. However I work with a Background Talent company which gives me small jobs that pay great money. I also work with a lady named Camie from a Talent Listing Service. She sends me on auditions for jobs that are a little too small for agents (because they would receive too little of a salary). Camie doesn’t take money from my gigs, she only requires a one time fee to get started. Through her I will develop credits to start an IMDb page and to slowly earn my union card. I plan to find an agent once I have booked a few jobs. Agents prefer seasoned actors that they know can land the auditions they send them on.
hey, i was just wondering, cause i'd like to do acting too. are you agency represented? my parents wouldn't sign a contract for me, so i'm trying to think of alternate ways to go about it. thanks!
